TT Mindfulness Introduces New Somatic Mindfulness Module Focused on Lasting Inner Transformation

TT Mindfulness has announced that, beginning this autumn, its educational program will include a new module titled Somatic TT Mindfulness. The new module represents the latest evolution of the TT Mindfulness approach, introducing participants to a body-based perspective on creating lasting inner change.

The new curriculum is the result of several years of exploration into a fundamental question: Why do some inner transformations become stable and lasting, while others gradually disappear despite genuine insight and sustained personal effort?

Rather than focusing exclusively on relaxation or stress reduction, Somatic TT Mindfulness introduces a different perspective. The module explores how cultivating a deeper relationship with the body may help create the internal conditions necessary for experiences such as inner peace, emotional safety, clarity, confidence, and resilience to become more naturally accessible.

According to Tomislav Tomic, founder of TT Mindfulness, the new module builds upon the program’s existing mindfulness foundation while expanding its practical application through a somatic approach.

“Mindfulness has traditionally helped people become more aware of their thoughts, emotions, and present-moment experience. Somatic TT Mindfulness extends this work by exploring how we can develop greater inner capacity through the body, creating more space for the qualities we want to embody in everyday life.”

The addition reflects the continuing development of TT Mindfulness, which has been teaching mindfulness and personal development programs for more than fifteen years. The new module is designed to integrate seamlessly into the existing curriculum and will become a standard part of future TT Mindfulness trainings.

The TT Mindfulness program is available in both English and Croatian, making it accessible to participants from both international and Croatian audiences.
