Jim Curtis Releases The Book of Possibility With Guided Hypno-Meditations and Reflective Practices

Jim Curtis has released The Book of Possibility, pairing a three-stage personal-development framework with reflective exercises and six guided hypno-meditations.

Transformational coach and wellness leader Jim Curtis has released The Book of Possibility: Release. Align. Become., a new personal-development book that combines written guidance with reflective exercises and a series of guided hypno-meditations.

Published by Simon & Schuster on September 8, the book is structured around three stages Curtis calls Release, Align and Become. The approach explores how beliefs, habitual patterns and personal identity can influence attempts to make changes in areas such as relationships, health and work.

Rather than relying on reading alone, Curtis has designed the book around a Read · Listen · Write format. Readers move between chapters, guided audio practices and written reflection, bringing elements commonly found in coaching and meditation into the reading experience.

The accompanying digital material includes six guided hypno-meditations focused on Release, Align, Become, Health, Wealth and Love. The audio component is intended to complement the book’s written exercises and give readers another way to work with the themes introduced in each section.

Curtis developed the book from both his professional work and his own experience of navigating long-term health challenges. He has spent more than 25 years in the wellness field, including executive roles at WebMD, Everyday Health and the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, alongside his work as a transformational coach.

The Book of Possibility is available in hardcover, ebook and audiobook editions.
