Editorial Policy
Transform Wire is an independent digital publication covering news, professional developments, books, ideas and emerging trends in coaching, meditation, mindfulness, wellness, personal growth and related fields.
Transform Wire was founded by Tomislav Tomić and is published by Coaching Zone.
Our aim is to publish useful, clearly sourced and editorially responsible content about the people, projects and developments shaping this space.
This Editorial Policy explains how we approach sourcing, submissions, editing, accuracy, corrections, commercial relationships, artificial intelligence and editorial responsibility.
What we publish
Transform Wire publishes a mix of independently researched news, professional announcements, submitted press releases, interviews, Book Insights, explanatory articles and other editorial features.
Our coverage may include new programs, books, locations, collaborations, events, certifications, professional initiatives, research-related developments and other changes relevant to coaches, meditation teachers, mindfulness professionals, wellness practitioners, authors, educators, retreat leaders and personal-growth professionals.
We have a particular interest in independent professionals, smaller organizations and emerging projects that may receive limited coverage elsewhere.
Publication is not automatic. Submitted material may be accepted, edited, shortened, rewritten, declined or held for later consideration depending on editorial relevance, source quality and available information.
Editorial relevance
Promotional material alone is not necessarily news.
We look for a clear development that gives readers a reason to pay attention now. This may include a launch, publication, expansion, collaboration, professional milestone, new initiative or another meaningful change.
Our editorial role is not simply to reproduce promotional copy. Where appropriate, we identify what is actually new, place it in context and present the information in a clear editorial format.
Sources and verification
Whenever possible, Transform Wire relies on original and first-party sources.
For news coverage, we prefer the closest available source to the development being reported. This may include:
- official websites
- direct announcements
- press releases
- newsletters
- program, book or event pages
- official organization pages
- direct statements
- original documents
- interviews
- correspondence with Transform Wire
Articles should not rely solely on another publication’s reporting when a reliable original source is reasonably available.
Key factual details are checked against the available source material before publication.
Transform Wire does not intentionally present unverified claims as established facts.
Some articles are based partly on information supplied directly by professionals, organizations or their representatives. In such cases, claims about their own programs, qualifications, events, services or activities may rely on information they provide.
Where appropriate, the original source or official website is identified at the end of the article.
Submitted news and press releases
Transform Wire accepts news and press-release submissions from professionals and organizations working within our editorial scope.
Submitted material may serve as a source, but publication does not mean that the original text will appear unchanged.
Transform Wire may rewrite headlines, introductions, article structure and body copy to improve clarity, readability, editorial consistency and originality.
We may also remove repetition, unsupported promotional claims, exaggerated language or material that does not serve the reader.
A publication fee, where applicable, covers the editorial review, preparation and publication process.
It does not guarantee publication.
It also does not give the submitting party control over the final headline, wording, editorial framing or publication decision.
Paid submission does not purchase an endorsement, favorable opinion or guaranteed editorial conclusion.
Editorial independence
All editorial decisions remain under the responsibility of Transform Wire.
This includes decisions about publication, headlines, editing, article structure, corrections, updates and removal of content.
Advertisers, partners, submitting organizations and paying contributors do not determine our editorial conclusions.
Transform Wire may decline material that falls outside its editorial scope or contains misleading, unsupported or inappropriate claims.
Transform Wire Desk and Transform Wire Editorial Team
Transform Wire uses two primary editorial bylines.
Transform Wire Desk is generally used for news reports, professional announcements and articles primarily based on current developments, direct announcements and source material.
Transform Wire Editorial Team is generally used for editorial features, Book Insights, explanatory articles, industry observations and other content involving broader editorial synthesis.
These bylines represent editorial roles within Transform Wire rather than external contributors.
Sponsored and commercial content
Where content is sponsored, created through a commercial partnership or published as promotional content, we aim to identify that relationship clearly where disclosure is appropriate.
Paid publication does not exempt material from editorial review.
Commercial relationships do not determine the editorial conclusions of Transform Wire.
Health and wellness claims
Because Transform Wire covers wellness, meditation, mindfulness and personal-development topics, some articles may refer to practices connected with physical or emotional well-being.
We aim to avoid presenting unsupported health claims as established medical facts.
Claims concerning health outcomes should be supported by credible evidence when presented as factual claims.
Transform Wire content is informational and editorial in nature and should not be understood as medical, psychological, legal or other regulated professional advice unless explicitly stated otherwise and appropriately qualified.
Books, ideas and editorial features
Not every Transform Wire article is a traditional news report.
Formats such as Book Insights, explanatory articles and industry observations may discuss ideas, frameworks, professional trends and practical implications.
Where interpretation, opinion or editorial observation is included, we aim to distinguish it from factual reporting.
Book Insights are not intended to provide complete summaries of books. They highlight selected ideas that may be useful or relevant to readers while encouraging engagement with the original work.
Quotes and attribution
We aim to attribute quotations, distinctive claims and source-specific information to their original source whenever reasonably possible.
Quotes may be lightly edited for obvious typographical errors or clarity only when doing so does not materially alter their meaning.
Material supplied through press releases may be quoted or paraphrased with attribution to the relevant person or organization.
Artificial intelligence and editorial tools
Transform Wire may use digital and AI-assisted tools during parts of the editorial workflow.
These tools may support research organization, transcription, language editing, headline development, formatting, summarization and drafting assistance.
AI-assisted tools are not treated as sources of factual information.
Facts, quotations, names, dates and factual claims used in published news should be traceable to identifiable source material.
AI tools must not be used to invent quotations, people, organizations, events, sources or factual claims.
Published content is reviewed and edited before publication, and editorial responsibility remains with Transform Wire.
Corrections and updates
Accuracy matters to us.
If we become aware of a meaningful factual error, we aim to correct it promptly.
Minor typographical, grammatical or formatting corrections may be made without an editorial note.
Where a correction materially changes the meaning of an article or corrects an important factual error, we may add a correction or clarification note.
Articles may also be updated when meaningful new information becomes available.
Readers, professionals and organizations may contact Transform Wire if they believe an article contains a factual error requiring review.
Requests are assessed against the available source material and supporting evidence.
Right of response
If an article contains a significant factual claim about a person or organization, Transform Wire may seek additional comment when editorially appropriate.
People or organizations mentioned in our coverage may contact us if they believe important factual context is missing or inaccurate.
A request for a change does not automatically result in an article being altered. Corrections are made when the available evidence supports them.
Conflicts of interest
Editors and contributors should avoid presenting undisclosed personal or commercial interests as independent editorial judgment.
Where a material relationship could reasonably affect how readers interpret an article, disclosure may be added where appropriate.
Editorial tone
Transform Wire aims for a professional, accessible and grounded editorial voice.
We avoid unnecessary sensationalism, exaggerated promises and promotional language presented as journalism.
Our role is not to describe every new course, book, retreat, method or initiative as revolutionary.
Our role is to identify what has happened, explain why it may be relevant and help readers find the original source.
Editorial responsibility
Transform Wire is committed to clear sourcing, accurate representation of source material, editorial transparency and meaningful corrections when errors occur.
These standards apply whether we are covering a widely known author, an established organization or an independent professional announcing a first project.
Our editorial approach is based on a few simple principles: use identifiable sources, distinguish news from promotion, maintain editorial control, attribute information clearly, correct meaningful errors and treat readers with respect.
