Metatron Meditation Center Opens in Indiana With a Consciousness Exploration Focus

Metatron Meditation Center has opened in Lakeville, Indiana, creating a new home for meditation, consciousness exploration and practitioner led events.

Metatron Meditation Center has opened a new physical space in Lakeville, Indiana, establishing a home for meditation, consciousness exploration and practitioner led community events. The independent center completed its build out in late August and began its first public programme in September, including the return of the Sunday Drive Meditation Collective.

A permanent home for an existing meditation community

The new center gives Sunday Drive Meditation Collective a dedicated base after operating as a community practice rather than from its own venue. The collective’s format includes open form sitting meditation and peer led gatherings designed to welcome people with different meditation backgrounds and levels of experience. Metatron is now expanding that foundation into a wider programme of classes, talks and exploratory events.

The center describes its focus as meditation and consciousness exploration, with an intentionally broad approach rather than a single lineage or technique. Its stated mission is to provide an inclusive, non denominational setting for studying and practising different forms of meditation while also creating space for discussion about consciousness, human development and related experiential work.

Space for practitioners, teachers and guest contributors

Metatron is inviting wellness practitioners to offer services and classes at the center and is planning a programme that can include meditation lessons, mindful events, guest speakers, authors, researchers, teachers and discussion groups. That collaborative structure positions the venue as more than a meditation classroom. It is intended to function as a small local hub where different practitioners can contribute to a shared programme.

The organization also places creative and experiential approaches alongside more conventional educational formats. Its public description refers to collaboration among practitioners, wellness professionals, teachers, artists and local communities, giving the center room to host activities that sit between meditation practice, consciousness inquiry and community learning.

A small center with a deliberately broad remit

The September opening marks a concrete shift from an informal or distributed community into a permanent physical organization. With its own location, Metatron can now build a recurring calendar, host visiting contributors and provide continuity for the Sunday Drive Meditation Collective.

For independent meditation teachers and wellness practitioners, that structure is notable because it creates a shared venue without requiring every practitioner to operate a standalone studio. The center can function as a collaborative platform while maintaining meditation and consciousness exploration as its central identity.
