Milton Keynes-based Harmonia Coaching & Wellness is expanding its work with women in leadership through a new online membership called The Magnetic Leader Community. The community is scheduled to launch in November 2026 and is designed for women working in business, leadership and entrepreneurship who want continuing support rather than occasional standalone coaching.
From individual coaching to an ongoing community
Harmonia was founded by Hayley Lee, a female leadership and wellbeing coach whose background includes more than two decades in HR and senior leadership. Her coaching practice combines that professional experience with wellbeing approaches including breathwork, meditation, Reiki and hypnotherapy.
The new membership extends that work into a recurring group format. Members are expected to have access to one-to-one coaching, group coaching, regular community sessions, ongoing accountability and guest speakers covering areas such as leadership, business, confidence, wellbeing and personal development. The structure is intended to give participants a place to return to over time rather than concentrating all support into a short programme.
Leadership support beyond strategy
The Magnetic Leader Community is aimed at women who may already be capable and established professionally but want space to discuss the less visible side of leadership. Harmonia’s approach places personal wellbeing, confidence and self-perception alongside business and leadership development rather than treating them as separate areas.
That combination reflects Lee’s own professional transition from senior HR roles into coaching and wellbeing work. Her practice has increasingly focused on helping women navigate change, pressure and the expectations that can come with being the person others rely on. The new community turns that focus into a shared environment where participants can discuss challenges, track progress and connect with other women carrying similar responsibilities.
A broader model for independent coaching practices
For independent coaches, the launch is also an example of how a one-to-one practice can develop into a membership without abandoning direct support. Instead of replacing coaching with a content library, Harmonia is combining individual work, group contact, community and outside expertise inside one ongoing offer.
The community will launch online, which gives Harmonia a way to work with women beyond its Milton Keynes base while maintaining the relationship-led character of the practice. It also creates a longer-term format for leadership and wellbeing work that would otherwise be delivered through individual sessions or shorter interventions.
