Irish spiritual healer and teacher Joanne Pasternak has begun the 2026 edition of Sacred Success, a 12-week online program for qualified energy healers and holistic practitioners building or expanding an independent practice. The program started September 17 and combines group learning, individual mentoring and a private practitioner community.
Business foundations begin with the practitioner
Sacred Success is organized into three phases. The first addresses the foundations of a healing practice, beginning with niche selection and a clearer definition of the people a practitioner intends to serve. It also covers beliefs around money, professional boundaries, client agreements and difficult conversations, alongside self-care for people whose work involves sustained attention to others.
This opening phase places personal capacity beside practical structure. Rather than separating energy management from business operations, Pasternak treats boundaries, workload and financial decisions as connected parts of maintaining a practice. The intended audience includes practitioners starting from the beginning as well as established healers who want to reorganize their existing offer.
New formats and clearer communication
The second phase moves beyond one-to-one appointments. Participants examine how to create group programs, courses, workshops and digital resources, then consider how those formats fit their skills and audience. A 2026 marketing module led by Nicola McLoughlin of NCML Marketing focuses on messaging, content and communicating services through social media, email and referrals.
Material on imposter syndrome and goal setting sits alongside those practical topics. The combination acknowledges that independent practitioners often need to work on confidence and decision-making while also learning the mechanics of presenting an offer. The program frames planning as a balance between measurable goals and intuitive reflection.
Legal and operational subjects join spiritual planning
The final phase covers business registration, tax, bookkeeping and legal considerations with guest expert Damian Connolly of Sakura Business Solutions. It also looks at investing in support, using vision boards and developing a longer-term business plan. Pasternak includes one individual mentoring session, while graduates are invited into the Angel Academy community for continuing monthly group coaching.
Pasternak leads the Moon Tribe online community and teaches through her Angel Academy, where her wider work includes meditation, oracle readings and angelic energy practices. Sacred Success turns attention toward the professional structure around that kind of work. It does not present spiritual calling and administration as opposing concerns, but asks practitioners to give contracts, communication, scope and sustainability a defined place within a values-led business.
For small healing practices, that combination is the program’s most relevant feature. It responds to the point at which professional growth requires more than adding another modality. Participants are asked to clarify whom they serve, how they work and what structures will let them continue that work responsibly.
