Soul Bloom Podcast Brings Reiki, Hypnotherapy and Spiritual Growth Into a New Weekly Series

Amina Rreshketa has launched Soul Bloom, a weekly podcast exploring healing, spirituality and self-discovery through personal stories and practitioner conversations.

Amina Rreshketa has launched Soul Bloom, a new weekly podcast centered on healing, self-discovery, manifestation, emotional wellness and spirituality. The first full episode arrived on September 8, following a short trailer at the end of August, and the early run is already bringing different practitioner perspectives into the same personal-growth conversation.

Rreshketa introduced the series with a solo episode about the experiences that led her toward spiritual exploration, journaling and a more deliberate approach to personal change. Subsequent episodes have shifted into interviews, creating a format that can move between the host’s own reflections and the practical language used by people working in spiritual and holistic fields.

Practitioner conversations rather than a single modality

The second episode features Shanna of Sacred Flame Reiki and focuses on Reiki, intuition, energetic boundaries and the way practitioners understand their role in an energy-healing session. Rather than treating Reiki as the template for the whole show, the episode establishes one strand of a wider editorial approach.

Rreshketa followed it with a conversation with hypnotherapist, coach and Reiki teacher Michelle K. Rose. That episode looks at subconscious beliefs, fear, procrastination and perfectionism, while also discussing how hypnosis differs from popular ideas about mind control. Rose’s combination of hypnotherapy, coaching and Reiki gives the series room to examine how practitioners integrate methods often presented separately.

The show is positioned to include future guests such as evolutionary astrologers and other spiritual practitioners. That breadth makes Soul Bloom less a modality-specific podcast than a developing interview platform for different ways of understanding growth, identity and inner change.

A new independent media channel for spiritual work

For independent practitioners, the launch is also an example of building a media format around a clear thematic territory rather than one service. Rreshketa can introduce listeners to multiple practices while maintaining continuity through recurring questions about healing, authenticity and personal transformation.

New episodes are being released weekly. The first weeks have moved from Rreshketa’s own story into Reiki and then subconscious-pattern work, establishing a rhythm that combines personal narrative with practitioner-led conversations without turning the show into a sequence of promotional interviews.
