Sandra Hillawi is opening a new 12-week online format of the EMO Energy In Motion Master training on October 8, 2026. The program takes an established energy-work curriculum and spreads it across a longer online learning period, giving participants more time to work with its ideas and exercises between sessions.
A longer format for an established method
EMO, short for Energy In Motion, was developed by Silvia Hartmann and has been taught for more than two decades. Hillawi was present at the method’s early launch in London and has continued teaching it internationally. The new cohort is structured around 12 units and moves from introductory work with energy and emotion into relationships, past and future events, body image, creativity and what the curriculum describes as soul matters.
The opening section introduces the “energist” perspective and the method’s basic approach to noticing and working with emotional energy. Later material explores the Events Matrix, energetic relationships, objects and environments, body-focused energy work, art and intention, and the HEROS model connecting heart, energy mind and soul. The final units turn toward love, light, goals and group energy.
From personal exploration to practitioner skills
The training is positioned for people interested in using energy work both personally and with others. Exercises are woven throughout the curriculum rather than presented only as theory. These include practices around emotional experiences, relationships, creativity, goals and sensing the energetic qualities associated with people, situations and objects.
The October cohort is delivered live online by Hillawi, with scheduling intended to accommodate participants across time zones. Course materials accompany the live training, and the wider EMO curriculum includes a prerequisite foundation in modern energy work before the master-level material.
The shift to a 12-week structure is notable because the underlying material has also been taught in more compressed formats. Extending the timetable creates a different rhythm for a curriculum that asks participants to move repeatedly between conceptual material, felt experience and practical exercises. The October 8 opening therefore represents not a new energy method, but a new delivery format for a body of work Hillawi has been teaching for many years.
