Be Victorious Coaching Launches Six-Week Reignite Program for Former Athletes Navigating Demanding Careers

Be Victorious Coaching launches Reignite, a six-week group coaching program helping former athletes rebuild sustainable health routines around demanding professional lives.

Be Victorious Coaching has launched Reignite: The Foundation, a six-week group coaching program created for professionals who were previously active or athletic but have struggled to rebuild consistent health routines as careers, family responsibilities and other demands have increased.

Rather than approaching participants as beginners, Reignite is built around a different premise: many former athletes already understand discipline, training and consistency, but the routines that once worked no longer fit their current lives. The program is designed to help them establish a new structure around movement, nutrition, sleep, stress management and everyday follow-through.

The program was developed by Victoria Dorsano, co-founder of Be Victorious Coaching and an ACE Certified Health Coach and Behavior Change Specialist. Dorsano has worked with high-achieving professionals for more than eight years and has a background in competitive volleyball, strength training, cycling and triathlon. She is joined in Reignite by coaches Madi Bennett and Hannah Daugherty.

Over six weeks, participants work with five core daily habits supported by weekly group coaching, structured accountability, progressive fitness programming and nutrition resources. The program emphasizes consistency rather than perfection, using an 80 percent completion target instead of an all-or-nothing model.

Reignite is intentionally limited to 15 participants per cohort. It is positioned as a group alternative to Be Victorious Coaching’s more intensive one-to-one services, while retaining direct coaching and peer accountability.

The launch also marks an expansion of the company’s group-coaching work. Alongside private health coaching, Be Victorious now offers group programs designed around sustainable behavior change for professionals who want structured support without moving immediately into individualized coaching.
