Inner Adventure Guide Launches Be Grounded, a Weekly Workplace Meditation Program for Bristol Teams

Inner Adventure Guide has launched Be Grounded, a weekly workplace meditation program combining guided practice with anonymous culture feedback for Bristol businesses.

Bristol-based holistic wellbeing practice Inner Adventure Guide has launched Be Grounded, a weekly online meditation program designed for businesses that want to support employee wellbeing while building a clearer picture of workplace culture.

The program began in full on September 2, 2026, following a series of introductory sessions during the summer. It is led by Inner Adventure Guide founder Liz Barile-Page, a qualified yoga and meditation teacher, sound therapist and Heroic Coach with a background in international business development.

Be Grounded combines a 30-minute live guided meditation each Wednesday morning with an optional anonymous pulse survey. The survey tracks areas including wellbeing, belonging, engagement and psychological safety, allowing participating organizations to build a longitudinal record of how employees are experiencing the workplace.

The format was developed partly in response to the updated B Corp Fair Work standards. Inner Adventure Guide says the combination of regular practice and anonymous feedback is intended to give smaller organizations a practical way to approach workplace wellbeing as an ongoing process rather than a series of isolated wellness activities.

Barile-Page previously worked in international business development at Bristol-based Pukka Herbs, where mindfulness and employee wellbeing practices formed part of the company culture. After leaving the business, she retrained across coaching, sound therapy, yoga and outdoor leadership before establishing Inner Adventure Guide.

Be Grounded is available to individuals as well as micro, small and mid-sized organizations. Sessions are delivered live online, with recordings available for participants who cannot attend at the scheduled time. Quarterly in-person sessions in Bristol workplaces or local green spaces can also be added to the program.

The launch expands Inner Adventure Guide’s corporate work, which sits alongside its holistic coaching, yoga, sound therapy and nature-based wellbeing services.
