Master Stephen Co is launching a new leadership program for experienced members of the Pranic Healing community. The initiative begins with a two-day summit in Wisconsin on September 14–15, followed by a year-long online mentoring program starting in October.
The Spiritual Leadership Summit will take place at the Grand Geneva Resort in Lake Geneva immediately after Master Co’s 2026 Arhatic Yoga Retreat. Registration for the online mentoring program opens on September 15, with the first session scheduled for October 11.
The program is aimed at practitioners who already have a substantial background in Pranic Healing and Arhatic Yoga and who want to take on greater responsibility within local communities.
Leadership training rooted in Arhatic Yoga
The summit will focus on the qualities and practical skills involved in leading meditation groups, healing clinics and other Pranic Healing activities.
Its curriculum draws on the teachings of Pranic Healing founder GrandMaster Choa Kok Sui, including the five pillars and five virtues associated with Arhatic Yoga. Participants will also work on plans for contributing to their local communities after the event.
Master Co describes the initiative as a redesigned version of previous leadership training, with added emphasis on communication, decision-making, conflict resolution and the responsibilities involved in representing a spiritual teaching publicly.
Mentoring continues online after the summit
The year-long online program is divided into two areas: Inner Work and Outer Work.
Inner Work focuses on personal leadership development, including communication, presentation skills, decision-making and conflict resolution. These subjects are approached through the principles of Arhatic Yoga and continued spiritual practice.
Outer Work is more practical and covers areas such as establishing meditation groups, organising healing clinics and preparing for possible instructor or representative roles within the Pranic Healing community.
The program is expected to require around seven to eight hours of study each month and will include recorded lessons, reading, homework and group Zoom sessions.
Completing the program does not automatically qualify participants for formal instructor or representative positions, which continue to have their own requirements.
Open to experienced practitioners
The summit and Inner Work portion of the mentoring program are open to graduates of MCKS Arhatic Yoga Preparatory Level and MCKS Kriyashakti.
The Outer Work portion carries additional requirements because it is intended for participants preparing to represent Pranic Healing in a more formal capacity. In the United States, it is currently limited to students within Master Co’s authorised West Coast and Midwest areas who have completed, or are entering, the Associate Pranic Healer program.
Master Stephen Co has taught Pranic Healing and Arhatic Yoga internationally since 1988. He is the co-author of Your Hands Can Heal You and The Power of Prana.
The first online mentoring session is scheduled for October 11, with the program continuing over the following year. Another enrolment period is planned for summer 2027.
