Dr Emmanuel Akpe Launches Executive Stress to Profit Community for Professionals

Dr Emmanuel Akpe is launching a professional community that combines stress management, workplace wellbeing and continuing development.

Dr Emmanuel Akpe is launching the Executive Stress to Profit Community in September 2026, creating a continuing development space for business owners, professionals, leaders, consultants and human resources practitioners. The initiative is also intended for people who want to develop professionally as stress management coaches.

A three level community structure

The launch forms part of a wider reorganisation of Akpe’s Stress Management Community, which he has built over more than seven years. The structure now separates a general information group, an alumni community for people who have completed his basic certificate course, and the new executive level community for advanced professional learning.

Each group serves a different stage of engagement. The open community continues to share stress management information, wellbeing guidance and health awareness material. The alumni group adds continuing education, case discussion and support for course graduates. Executive Stress to Profit extends the model into leadership, workplace systems and professional practice.

Workplace wellbeing meets coach development

The executive community’s curriculum covers advanced stress management, executive stress reduction, workplace wellness systems, emotional intelligence, business productivity and high performance wellbeing. Akpe also plans to invite business leaders, stress management specialists and other professionals from different countries to contribute training and discussion.

This combination gives the project two related audiences. Leaders and human resources professionals can use the community to examine how stress affects teams, decision making and organisational culture. Aspiring coaches can develop a wider understanding of client needs, workplace contexts and the practical delivery of stress management support. The programme therefore sits between a peer network, a continuing education forum and a professional development pathway.

Support beyond a single course

The new structure responds to a common gap in short professional programmes: participants often complete the core learning but lose access to regular practice, updated material and informed peer conversation. By retaining separate alumni and executive spaces, Akpe can continue supporting people after an initial course while giving experienced members a setting for more advanced work.

Executive Stress to Profit also broadens the focus from personal coping strategies to the systems in which stress develops. Its planned subjects include individual skills such as emotional intelligence as well as organisational questions around productivity and workplace wellbeing. For independent coaches and smaller organisations, the launch offers an example of how a practitioner led education business can turn a single training relationship into a longer professional community with international contributors and multiple levels of participation.
