John Quaid Publishes Keep Believing After Seven Years of Inner Work

Wellness consultant John Quaid has published Keep Believing, an eleven chapter book shaped by corporate experience and seven years of inner work.

Irish wellness consultant and mindfulness practitioner John Quaid has published his first book, Keep Believing… The Best Is Yet to Come. Released in September 2026, the eleven chapter volume brings together personal experience, reflective practice and practical tools for readers who appear successful from the outside but feel depleted within.

From corporate leadership to inner work

Quaid spent 35 years in corporate life, including leadership roles with Dell Technologies and O2 Ireland, before developing Believe in Wellness as a consultancy for individuals and organisations. The book draws on that professional history, but its central material comes from seven years of personal inner work that preceded the manuscript.

Rather than presenting self development as a quick correction, the book follows a broader movement from self awareness towards happiness. Quaid uses stories from his own life alongside practices intended to help readers examine how they relate to pressure, identity and belief. Its audience includes professionals whose job titles and outward progress no longer provide a reliable sense of fulfilment.

A written extension of Believe in Wellness

The publication brings themes from Quaid’s existing practice into a form that can be used independently. Through Believe in Wellness, he facilitates mindfulness, stress management and spiritual wellness sessions for individuals, communities and workplaces in Ireland, Europe and the United States. His work is delivered both virtually and in person.

That background gives the book a clear relationship to his established programmes without turning it into a course manual. The chapters are designed as a progressive reflection on the inner world, with practical material accompanying the personal narrative. The underlying idea is that external circumstances often change only after a person begins to notice and revise internal patterns.

A resource for people at a private turning point

The focus on outward achievement and inward exhaustion gives the release a specific professional context. It addresses a familiar tension for people who can continue performing at work while feeling disconnected from purpose, self belief or everyday peace. Quaid approaches that tension from lived experience rather than presenting a clinical treatment or universal formula.

Keep Believing also marks a new stage for the practitioner led business. Believe in Wellness has previously centred on live conversations, group sessions and tailored organisational work. The book creates a lasting resource that readers can move through privately and at their own pace, while preserving the emphasis on mindfulness, honest self observation and change from within that defines Quaid’s wider practice.
