Natalie Hall Introduces Monthly Online Breathwork and Hypnosis Workshops

Natalie Hall introduces three standalone online workshops combining breathwork with guided visualisation, self-hypnosis and regression practices.

Natalie Hall has introduced a monthly online workshop series combining breathwork with guided visualisation, self-hypnosis and regression-based practices. The new group format offers three standalone routes into her work, allowing participants to attend one workshop or move through the full set without joining a membership.

Three distinct ways into the work

Timeline & Breath Journey opens with guided imagery focused on a desired future and whatever may feel positioned between the participant and that outcome. It then moves into approximately 60 minutes of continuous connected breathing. A short meditation above the personal timeline closes the two-hour session.

Self-Hypnosis & Nervous System Reset uses a short introductory talk, repeated entries into self-hypnosis and individual trigger words that participants can later use on their own. The workshop ends with 12 to 15 minutes of slower rhythmic breathing. Hall uses a calmer musical pace here rather than the stronger arc of a full breath journey.

The third route combines a light past-life regression with an imagined meeting with a guide, followed by the same gentler closing breath practice. Participants remain conscious and are not required to share the content of their experience. The format is presented as guided inner exploration rather than a factual claim about what a participant may perceive.

Music as part of the session architecture

Hall sequences the music for each breath journey as a progression through arrival, build, peak and integration. Tracks are selected for their place in that arc rather than used as background. Lyrics are generally avoided because language can draw attention back toward analysis when the session is intended to remain body-led.

Each workshop begins with preparation and a sound check before the guided element and breath practice. Hall remains available through private chat during the online session and stays briefly afterward for anyone who wants to share. Participants receive setup guidance and suitability screening before a place is confirmed.

A group extension of individual practice

The series extends Hall’s one-to-one hypnotherapy and breathwork into a recurring group format while keeping the sessions independent from one another. October and November dates continue the monthly rhythm established in September, with each workshop centered on a different doorway into attention, imagery and embodied experience.

For independent holistic practitioners, the format shows how related methods can be combined without presenting them as identical. Breathwork provides a shared closing or central practice, while the opening process changes according to the workshop. Clear preparation and separate booking preserve participant choice within a coherent series.
