Susan Roberson Opens The Steady Circle as a Year-Long Coaching Community

Susan Roberson launches The Steady Circle, combining twice-monthly group coaching, monthly private sessions and six pillars of personal development.

Susan Roberson Coaching has introduced The Steady Circle, a 12-month small-group experience for women who want sustained coaching and community rather than a short course or one-off event. Launching in September, the program combines recurring group sessions, private coaching and between-session contact within a single year-long structure.

A longer container for six areas of development

The program is organized around six pillars from Roberson’s Steady Path framework: Identity, Embodiment, Regulation, Expression, Connection and Rhythm. Participants work through each area across the year, allowing the same themes to be revisited as circumstances and patterns change. The emphasis is on depth and continuity rather than completing a compact sequence of lessons.

Two 90-minute group sessions are scheduled each month. These meetings provide the main shared setting for conversation and coaching, while a private session every month gives each participant time to focus on personal patterns and immediate next steps. The combination separates work that benefits from a group from issues better explored individually.

Regulation and support between meetings

Nervous-system regulation is included as a practical strand of the program, with body-based tools and biofeedback forming part of the work. The Circle also uses Voxer for contact between scheduled sessions. A private Facebook community provides another space for participants to share progress, ask questions and remain connected when the group is not meeting live.

This layered format distinguishes The Steady Circle from Roberson’s existing six-month Reclaim Your Calm program and her weekly private coaching. It extends the timeline while bringing individual and collective work together. Participants are not expected to rely on a single monthly call to carry the whole process.

Community as part of the coaching design

The Steady Circle is intended for women who want meaningful peer connection but may also feel cautious about being seen in a group. Roberson has therefore positioned trust and relational safety as central design concerns rather than incidental benefits. The program is explicitly described as neither a networking group nor a business mastermind.

For independent coaches, the launch illustrates one way to build a longer offer without turning it into a library of prerecorded material. Live group work, monthly individual attention and ongoing communication each have a defined role. The resulting model treats community as an active part of the coaching process while preserving room for private, personally specific work. Its year-long duration also gives the group time to develop shared language and familiarity before moving into more personally demanding themes.
