W·I·L·D Wellbeing Renames Podcast Around Curiosity and Self-Trust

Robyn Harris has renamed her VIG podcast as the W·I·L·D Podcast, widening its conversations around curiosity, compassion and self-trust.

Robyn Harris has opened a new chapter for her long-form wellbeing conversations, renaming the VIG podcast as the W·I·L·D Podcast. The change follows 15 months of episodes under the original Vulnerability, Introspection and Growth name and brings the series into closer alignment with Harris’s current practice.

A continuation under a broader name

The earlier VIG episodes remain available, so the shift does not create a separate archive or abandon the conversations already recorded. Instead, the new title gives Harris a wider frame for exploring difficult, joyful and less frequently discussed parts of being human with invited guests.

W·I·L·D stands for Wonder, Intuition, Loving ourselves and Dancing with life. Those four ideas now provide the organizing language for a podcast grounded in curiosity, compassion, connection and self-trust, without positioning the host or guests as people who hold every answer.

Bringing the podcast closer to the practice

The renamed series reflects the direction of W·I·L·D Wellbeing, Harris’s practitioner-led work around body awareness, nature and a gentler relationship with change. Her approach asks people to listen to physical and emotional signals with curiosity, and to consider what becomes possible when reflection replaces automatic self-criticism.

Recent conversations around the wider project have examined old beliefs that persist after circumstances change, the relationship between productivity and self-worth, and the role of rest and decompression. The podcast gives those themes room to unfold through personal stories rather than compressing them into instructional advice.

An invitation to contribute lived experience

Harris is also inviting people to propose guests whose stories may belong in the new series. That open route for participation supports the podcast’s emphasis on shared inquiry and gives practitioners, community members and people with relevant lived experience a way to enter the conversation.

The format is an extension of work Harris has developed through one-to-one support, writing, workshops and public conversations. She is also fluent in British Sign Language, and her broader practice includes an explicit commitment to making services usable across different communities and communication needs.

For independent wellbeing professionals, the relaunch demonstrates how an established content channel can evolve without discarding its history. The original theme of vulnerability remains visible, but the W·I·L·D name gives Harris more room to connect podcast conversations with the language and values already shaping the rest of her work.

The result is a clear editorial repositioning rather than a cosmetic title change. Listeners can continue through the existing catalog while new episodes develop a broader conversation about attention, embodied experience and the choices that become available when people meet themselves with greater openness.
