Gobinde Vedya Kaur has opened The Mind, a three-week online course that combines Kundalini Yoga, sound healing, meditation and contemplative study. Running from September 13 to October 4, the program examines how different aspects of the mind shape automatic habits and everyday choices.
A course organized around direct experience
The Mind is structured as a practical study rather than a series of lectures about mental theory. Participants observe their own patterns while using movement, meditation and sound-based sessions to explore attention, subconscious habits and the experience of presence.
The program includes three live deep-dive workshops and three live sound healing and meditation integration sessions. A separate integration question-and-answer meeting, community circle and mentorship add places for participants to clarify what they encounter as the course progresses.
Daily practice between live sessions
Daily sadhana gives the program a rhythm beyond its scheduled calls. Participants also receive a contemplative workbook, while session replays are uploaded for self-paced review and remain available for one year. This combination supports people who cannot attend every meeting live without reducing the course to recordings alone.
The course is open to absolute beginners, householders, teachers and advanced practitioners. That broad audience is held together by a shared task: learning to notice how the mind operates and developing a repeatable personal practice, rather than assuming that every participant begins with the same vocabulary or experience.
Sound healing within a wider yogic framework
Sound is used as an integration practice rather than presented as a separate event. The course connects its calming and sensory qualities with Kundalini Yoga, meditation and the ongoing observation of mental patterns, giving the sound sessions a defined place inside the three-week arc.
Gobinde Vedya has practised for more than a decade and is trained in sound-based modalities including Naad Yoga. She is also a certified Kundalini Yoga teacher and has Reiki Level 1 and 2 attunements, with a teaching practice that includes private mentorship and weekly online access to classes from Hamburg.
An optional advanced study certificate is available upon completion, but the course is not limited to people seeking a professional credential. Its main structure remains centered on lived practice, with the same material serving participants who want personal study and those who may integrate it into existing teaching.
For independent spiritual teachers, The Mind illustrates how several modalities can be combined around one clear subject. Instead of presenting yoga, sound and meditation as unrelated experiences, the program uses each one to examine a different part of attention, habit and presence.
