Carrie Woodcock Moves Foundations Four Into a Monthly Coaching Cohort

Carrie Woodcock’s Total Transformation has shifted Foundations Four into a recurring five-week monthly coaching cohort beginning in September.

Carrie Woodcock’s Total Transformation has moved its Foundations Four program into a recurring monthly cohort model, giving participants a new entry point on the first Monday of each month rather than relying on occasional launches.

The five-week guided coaching experience is built around four areas: physical, emotional, spiritual and social wellness. It combines weekly live group coaching with a guided reflection journal, daily prompts, weekly action plans, accountability and a private community.

A recurring rhythm replaces occasional launches

The change began in September, when Foundations Four became part of the wider Becoming framework used across Woodcock’s work. The monthly structure keeps the program time-limited while making the start date more predictable for people who discover it between larger promotional periods.

That distinction matters for small coaching businesses. A program does not need to become permanently self-paced in order to be available more often. Foundations Four keeps a defined five-week journey and live group component while using a repeating enrollment rhythm.

Four areas organize the coaching experience

The physical wellness component focuses on everyday habits and routines. Emotional wellness addresses stress, self-awareness and responses to daily situations. Spiritual wellness reconnects participants with values and purpose, while the social dimension looks at relationships, boundaries and support systems.

Together, the four areas give the program a simple organizing structure for participants who may arrive with a broad sense that they want to make changes but do not necessarily have one isolated goal. The weekly format then turns that broad framework into reflection and action across a short period.

Total Transformation positions the program as an intentional reset rather than a long-term membership. Participants move through the five weeks as a cohort and leave with the reflection tools and routines developed during the program.

For independent coaches, the operational shift may be as interesting as the curriculum itself. Recurring cohorts can reduce the long gaps between launches without removing the shared momentum of a group start. They also create a clearer next step for new readers, podcast listeners or newsletter subscribers who encounter a coach’s work at different times of the year.

The next Foundations Four groups continue on the first Monday of each month as part of the Becoming ecosystem.
