Transformational coach and educator Dr. Lena Kushnir is preparing a late October cohort of The Cascade Method Coaching Circle, an eight-week virtual group experience that combines prerecorded teaching, guided reflection, embodied practices and weekly live coaching.
The program extends Kushnir’s Cascade Method into a structured group format focused on the gap between understanding a personal pattern and changing how it is lived. Participants move through weekly material independently and then join a 75-minute virtual session for practice, coaching, questions and integration.
Four phases move from awareness to integration
The Coaching Circle follows four phases. Current Waters focuses on assessing thoughts, emotions, bodily signals and daily life without immediately trying to change them. Downstream Visioning shifts toward clarifying desire and building an embodied sense of direction. Upstream Clearing explores limiting beliefs, somatic resistance and protective patterns, while Full Flow Living brings the work into daily choices, rituals and ways of returning after disruption.
The eight-week sequence develops those phases gradually. Early weeks focus on observing patterns and listening to the body, followed by vision work, inquiry into protective responses and a final emphasis on sustainable routines. The program also includes a companion journal, breathing and nervous-system practices, replay access and personalized integration planning.
Live calls are designed around application
Each live session follows a consistent structure rather than functioning as an open-ended group discussion. Participants arrive with the week’s material, move through an embodied practice, use the remaining time for coaching and reflection, and finish by choosing one manageable point of application for the week ahead.
Kushnir brings nearly three decades in education to the work, including twenty years in school leadership. Her professional background also includes mindfulness teaching, Clinical EFT and woman-centered coaching. She presents the Coaching Circle as an educational and coaching experience rather than psychotherapy or individualized trauma treatment.
The late October cohort gives the Cascade Method a more sustained delivery format than a standalone workshop or self-paced course. For independent coaches watching how practitioners turn signature frameworks into group experiences, the structure is also notable: recorded teaching carries the core curriculum, while live time is reserved for practice, interpretation and individual application.
