Evolutionary Dharma Opens Ten-Week Live Training in Integral Meditation

Tom Huston is leading a new ten-week live online Evolutionary Dharma training combining Integral Meditation, nondual practice and contemporary spiritual inquiry.

Evolutionary Dharma is opening a new ten-week live online training in Integral Meditation and contemporary nondual spirituality, beginning October 11, 2026. The Way of Evolutionary Dharma will be taught by Tom Huston and combines weekly Zoom classes with meditation practice, philosophical study, online discussion and independent work between sessions.

The programme is designed as an introduction to Evolutionary Dharma, a contemporary spiritual framework that brings nondual practice together with integral philosophy and an explicitly evolutionary view of personal and collective development. Participation is limited to a small international cohort rather than an open self-paced course.

Ten weeks of live study and practice

Participants will meet for two hours each Sunday through December 20. Sessions include guided Integral Meditation, nondual pointing-out instructions, teaching, discussion and interactive questions. Recordings are also made available after each class for participants who cannot attend live.

The course includes written notes and readings, a downloadable audio practice library and access to a private online forum for discussion between sessions. That combination gives the programme a stronger community component than a conventional prerecorded meditation course, while still allowing participants to revisit material independently.

Integral Meditation sits at the centre of the training. The practice is presented not simply as a method for relaxation or attention training, but as part of a broader inquiry into identity, awareness and the relationship between contemplative practice and everyday life.

A contemporary spiritual education model

Evolutionary Dharma currently operates online and describes its work as integral psychospiritual education. The new training builds on that model by combining contemplative practice with philosophy and cohort-based learning rather than isolating meditation as a standalone technique.

For independent spiritual teachers and small educational organisations, the format is notable because it treats live participation, practice materials and peer discussion as parts of the same learning environment. The course is structured more like a short-term school of practice than a webinar series.

The programme runs from October 11 to December 20, 2026, with weekly live sessions and one-year access to the class recordings. Evolutionary Dharma says participation in this round is capped at 40 people.
