Somatic business coach Pip Wylde has begun a new eight-week Embodied Business Mastermind for a cohort of five women founders. The programme started on October 1, 2026, and combines live group coaching with a five-night retreat in Marrakech from October 22 to 27.
The mastermind is aimed at established founders who already have clients and offers but want to rethink how their business reflects their values, identity and longer-term direction. Wylde’s approach combines strategic business work with somatic practice, shadow work and facilitated reflection rather than separating business planning from the founder’s internal experience.
Four pillars across coaching and retreat work
The programme is organised around four areas: vision, beliefs, voice and creation. Participants examine the future direction of their business, the assumptions influencing their decisions, the way they communicate publicly and the design of their offers and client journey.
Two live training and group coaching sessions take place before the retreat. The Marrakech portion then brings the five-person cohort together at a private eco villa for masterclasses, co-working, movement, somatic practice and facilitated circle sessions. Four further live sessions follow the retreat, ending with an integration call in early December.
Participants also have access to Wylde through a private group between scheduled sessions. The structure is designed to keep the retreat connected to the practical work taking place before and after it, rather than treating the travel component as a standalone experience.
Business coaching moves into an embodied format
Wylde has worked with founders, coaches, healers and facilitators for more than a decade and has led retreats across several countries. The new mastermind brings those strands together in a programme where business strategy and body-based work are intentionally part of the same process.
That combination reflects a broader shift among some independent coaches who are moving away from purely tactical business programmes. In this case, the small cohort and retreat format give participants more time for discussion and implementation than a conventional weekly online mastermind.
The Embodied Business Mastermind is now underway, with the Marrakech retreat scheduled for later this month and post-retreat coaching continuing through November.
