How to Write Your Event Description

We recommend including:

• About the event: What is it about, and what makes it interesting?
• What to expect: What activities, topics, or experiences are included?
• Who it’s for: Who would benefit from attending?
• About the organizer: Who is leading or organizing the event?
• Practical details: Dates, times, location, participation fees, and registration information.

A few important guidelines:

• Include the event’s starting date in the Excerpt field, along with a short description.
• Include only one link in the body text, preferably to the official registration page.
• Upload a relevant featured image that you own or have permission to use.

We accept only upcoming events with confirmed dates. All submissions are subject to editorial approval. Approved event listings remain published for three months from the publication date. If your event is still upcoming when the listing expires, you may submit it again for free.

IMPORTANT!!! Event descriptions must be written in clear, grammatically correct English and be ready for publication. Submissions containing excessive grammatical errors, poor formatting, incomplete information, no event start date in the excerpt, or more than one link in the body text will be automatically rejected without notification.
