Kairos Opens Frankfurt Studio Around Its Mind, Body & Soul Method

Kairos has opened a holistic studio in Frankfurt combining yoga, somatic coaching, breathwork, recovery and one to one wellbeing services.

Kairos has opened a new holistic studio in Frankfurt’s Sachsenhausen district, bringing yoga, somatic work, coaching and recovery services together under one practice model. Founded by Julia Egelseder and Jenny Uder, the studio began welcoming clients in September and is built around the pair’s Mind, Body & Soul Method, which links movement with reflection, nervous system awareness and emotional integration.

A studio built around more than group yoga

Kairos combines group movement classes with one to one work and recovery focused experiences rather than operating as a conventional yoga schedule alone. Its current programme includes holistic yoga, mindful strength work, breathwork, sound based relaxation, somatic coaching and personalised sessions that combine embodied yoga, somatic movement and breath.

The founders developed the studio around a gap they experienced themselves: a place where physical movement, recovery, inner work and community could be approached as parts of the same wellbeing practice. The underlying Mind, Body & Soul Method reflects that intention. Sessions are structured around three connected elements: awareness and mindset, movement and regulation, and emotional or experiential integration.

Movement, coaching and recovery under one roof

Alongside its movement programme, Kairos offers somatic coaching and individual holistic health work. One coaching format combines vibroacoustic stimulation, guided meditation and multisensory relaxation. Another one to one format brings together embodied yoga, somatic movement and breathwork. The studio also lists personalised holistic health consultations that consider areas such as sleep, stress, recovery, nutrition and lifestyle.

This broader mix gives the new studio a different shape from a single modality practice. Yoga remains central, but it sits beside coaching, breathwork, sound, recovery and health oriented services. Kairos also uses its own class concepts rather than relying only on familiar yoga labels, with sessions designed around the quality or state the practice is intended to explore.

A practitioner led concept in Frankfurt

Egelseder and Uder position the space as a community oriented studio where clients can move between classes, individual sessions and restorative experiences according to what they need. The September opening gives the founders a physical home for a model that deliberately crosses the usual boundaries between yoga studio, coaching practice and wellness space.

For independent practitioners, the launch also shows how a small wellness business can build its identity around an integrated method rather than a long list of disconnected services. The concept remains grounded in movement, while coaching, regulation, recovery and reflective practice are presented as parts of the same client experience.
